This is my first post to the Dis Board and I understand it has the best camping informtion.

I work at a campground in Maryland. My boss is DVC member. He is using some of his points to send myself and the bookkeeper on a 4 night stay to Disney after the ARVC National Campground Convention in Orlando this December. He has booked us in the cabins at Fort Wilderness. I'm not new to camping, but I've never stayed in Fort Wilderness. Any suggestions you can give and information about the resort would be great.

Thank You,
MaryAnn
12/2 to 12/6 ~ FW Cabins

FW cabins are fully equiped so you will only need your clothing. It has a full kitchen including a dishwasher that mousekeeping will load and run for you each day(daily maid service). You will probaly want to stop at a grocery store before you check in, but don't worry about hauling your things very far you get to park right infront of your cabin. If your boss hasn't done so you may want to reserve a golf cart, FW is large and does have internal busses to get you to the main stops for the parks but the golf carts are just a fun way to get around. Driving you own vehicle in FW is discouraged and really there is no where to park it anyway(except at the trading post 15min parking).
Have fun!!
