Cabin I have a hold on is still showing as available on DCL website!?!

Hello,
I have a hold on a cabin I made as Gold yesterday. My friend is silver today and said she could select my cabin number for booking!?!
I can see my cabin hold under my reservations on the DCL website still.
Has this happened before?

If your reservations are linked in the system, for dining etc, maybe she sees it because of that?

We are linked as Friends & Family on WDW but haven’t linked these cabins on DCL. But maybe ? However it allowed her to put my cabin in her cart!

If she can select it are you sure your hold went through? When ever our TA does that for us it no longer shows in inventory.

The hold shows up under the my reservations section along with my other cruises

It was working earlier. I'm having the same problem now.

Think the system is a bit of a mess atm, booked on Monday and the cabin I went for still shows as available but if you try adding to basket it does pop up that it’s no longer available

I tried a different date and the very first cabin I tried was available. I hope my travel agent is able to get me something. I want to do the 5 night cruise to Castaway and Lighthouse Point and I know it will be popular - but I didn't think it would be that popular!

So this happened to me on Monday! I booked a stateroom and it still showed available. When I went to book it again it says no longer available! I think they have some system glitches going on but you should be good to go on your hold.

Same situation. Room on hold with confirmation of hold but still showing as available room. Have been waiting on hold one hour plus for another booking So will discuss with agent.

Try again now. I had one on hold, then tried to look at others and they were showing as unavailable. But now a lot of them are back.
