Though we have been to Disney many times before, I have never before stepped foot on FW. Hoping someone can help a FW novice out.
We are planning a trip in December. It started out as a business trip for DH as he has a conference in the GF, but then kids and I jumped on board, now both sets of grandparents looking to add in too so they can celebrate an early Christmas with us.
My parents would be in their class A motorhome; and me, DH, DS and DD, and DMIL and DFIL would be in a cabin. Is there any hope of premium campsites next to or near cabins?
From the maps I have seen, it looks like a cabin loop (2100) is back-to-back with a premium loop (1100). We are wondering if we should attempt to request 2 sites each on the back sides of those loops, where we could be back to back and could cut through the woods to each others site. What kind of terrain is between the loops? Can you walk through the woods between loops? Or are there drainage canals or other hazards that would prevent this?
Thanks for your help!
