A friend just asked me if Cabanas is opened for dinner every night? I can only remember seeing it opened once last year when we sailed on our 3 night Dream cruise and I think that was Pirate Night. Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

Cabanas is open for dinner except for the first night and last night of the cruise. So you are correct that on your 3 day cruise it was only open on one night. Cabanas is a sit down restaurant at night, not a buffet. They train new waiters in this venue.

The fact that Cabanas wasnt open at night was one of the things we disliked most about our 4 night Dream cruise.

I had planned on feeding the toddlers at the buffet, taking them to the nursery, and the adults enjoying a late dinner. Well, at 5 pm if you are not eating in the dining room, then your choices are room service or pizza up by the pool deck.

My husbands biggest complaint was that the buffet seemed to have limited hours or we were just missing them.

Thanks for the info. They are on a 5-nighter so it seems it would be an option for 3 nights.

I thought I remembered it being a dessert buffet after the Pirate Party and fireworks but maybe that was after the dinner hour closed.
