Cabana waitlist

Yes, I've gotten a cabana twice in the past two years without booking concierge. Once was in October 2021 (just after sailing resumed, so admittedly then it was probably easier since fewer guests were onboard) when I had gotten on the onboard waitlist asap and then got a call from Guest Services offering me a cabana, my choice of either the family or the adult beach. The other time was for the sold-out June Magic cruise that I just disembarked from yesterday. About nine days before the cruise I checked, and multiple Serenity Bay cabanas were available, so I nabbed one. They were not available prior to that, so it pays to keep checking.
Just curious, when the cabana showed up in the app, was it at the top of the port adventure list or did you have to scroll down alphabetically to it? Have always wondered this as I check so frequently I sometimes worry even if it was there I might glance past it by looking in the wrong place

You scroll down to where it appears in alphabetical order, just like every other port adventure.

Thanks! I don’t know why I thought it might be different—guess it just kind of seems like its own category
When I was checking everyday for a cabana to come available... for some reason, I thought it would be listed among the Sold Out cabanas listed at the bottom of the port adventure list, like it would still be in the number order of the cabanas. It was a few weeks before I realized that the Sold Out items drop to the bottom, and if it's not sold out, it will appear among the available items closer to the top. To this day, I have no idea if I overlooked an available cabana because I was looking in the wrong place every day for several weeks. Actually, it probably never came available, but the thought still nags me a bit.

Glad I am not the only one!! I think that’s why I’ve been muddled too—kept wondering if it’s be top of list, bottom of list, alphabetical—just never seeing it before and not knowing was messing with my head.

This is very encouraging, thank you!
