Cabana - Tipping

We are renting aa cabana for the 1st time this weekend. Any tipping suggestions for our server? I know the 18% is added to food/drink orders. What additional amount do people normally give?

It depends on the service we receive and how many meals/drinks we get during the day. Usually, at the end of the day I give our server $50.00 but we really use them a lot. We also get there at breakfast and stay till midnight having at least 2 meals in the cabana and many cocktails and smoothies for the kids.

Also, last time we had 2 different servers one was great one not so much. We left it alone with the 18% for the server that wasn't attentive and gave the original server an extra $20.00.

I know it isn't uncommon to just tip the 18% and add nothing extra. It's up to you and the service you get as to what you want to do.

Thanks for your quick reply.. Your group sounds like ours and I now will feel better about a tip. I just can't get my head around not giving something for great service.
