Can cabana's at Volcano Bay only be reserved that day in the park? If the price is around $150 or so I would love to get one but would prefer to pre-book and risk not getting one. We are going mid/late October. Has anyone rented one recently? Where do you go to book it? Is there a annual pass discount and if so, how much? Thanks for any help offered!

I read someone's report recently that they called to book one at the 2 week mark but the class they wanted was already sold out. However, their trip was long enough that they could get one for a week later. Their advice was to call at least 3 weeks ahead. Might just try now. It doesn't sound like there's a for sure plan out there.

Hi I just got back from VB and I had a cabana. I rented it a couple of months ago but did observe what they are doing now. The cabanas have been sold out for the rest of the summer so none available each day. I would call now and ask if they will be going back to reserving over the phone. Honestly, I saw so many policy changes in one week that I couldn't keep up with it. You may get a different answer from one day to another. Good luck!

Thanks for the info! I will call this week and see what I can find out. Did you find the cabana to be a good value? Did you find it helpful to manage tapu tapu?

Hi I thought the cabana was very nice and very convenient for tapu tapu usage with the reservation. I think if you can get a single for $300.00 or under it's worth it. I would do it again if I can get it for that price. I paid $399.00 and thought it was to high of a price for it. We went EE and stayed till park closing to take advantage of the usage. I would not do it if you are planning on going late or leaving early.
