I believe they have them available to purchase or you can bring your own.

Yes, they have a little hut next to it where you can buy them to keep.

Btw: When you leave to go home, you can ask them exchange your fully inflated tube for an uninflated tube. Will make packing it so much easier. And then if you ever come back, you can just give them the uninflated tube for an inflated one and so on.

The tubes at the hut cost $9-$15 apiece and it can take awhile to wait to inflate them, so try to go when there isn’t a line. They accept credit card or room charge, no cash.
