We booked our cabana for when we go this November at Typhoon Lagoon! It will be our first time renting them! From what I read it is totally worth it! We also were able to book ours for $158.00 so we felt crazy not to considering how expensive they usually are!
Was that price because of the time of year or some other reason?
We always go in December and this is the first time TL will actually be open, it's usually closed for rehab. So we've been to BB numerous times, but never TL.
I would assume with the low waterpark crowds in Dec that those Cabana's would be sitting empty at $300 a copy. If they offer seasonal pricing in that $150 area we might be interested.
I've never been to Blizzard Beach, but I thought the polar patios looked pretty private and secluded, at least in this picture. Blizzard Beach, top. Typhoon Lagoon, bottom.
We had a polar patio right next to the main path to the chair lifts, the "shade" sucked from the umbrella, it felt like we were on display and I broke my toe on a step that day. Needless to say my BB experience that trip wasn't great!

This sounds great. How do you go about renting them? Do you do it in advance or when you get there? Do you need to pick the date ahead of time? We're going in July and while we have a date planned to go, we are trying to be flexible in case the weather is better a different day.
