Cab Questions

Hello!
My DH has an Epcot Segway Tour and needs to be at Epcot by 7:30. It is my understanding that the monorail will not be running that early. If so, how much would a cab cost from BLT to Epcot? Which cab company is great??

The monorail should be running - MK-monorail-area resort Guests need some way to get to Epcot for Akershus breakfasts.
