My birthday is on Tuesday and our family will be spending the morning at DCA. Usually we ride what the three year old likes, but I'd like to do RSR, TSMM and Soarin'. Any advice on how to do these with minimal wait times?

Thanks!

Will you be riding with others in your group or solo?

If you have a few in you group riding, pull a FP or signup for MaxPass for each of those rides.

If you are riding solo, take advantage of the (SR) single rider lines. The SR lines aren't always active at each of these.

Only rsr has a single rider line of those. Soarin’s was never good and I’ve heard they stopped it. Tsmm’s was brilliant but they stopped it years ago.

Split up, do whatever version of rider swap they now have, do FPS...

If you are getting Maxpass, I would get there for rope drop, MP RSR as soon as you enter, and do Soarin' at rope drop. Then when the window opens, MP TSMM.

Without Maxpass, I would swing by and grap a FP for RSR first and then cross the bridge to TSMM to ride first without FP. As soon as your FP window opens, grab a FP for Soarin.

I think you forgot Guardians of the Galaxy? That and RSR are ones you either go on at rope drop or get a FP. As mentioned RSR has a good single rider line, i went about a month ago and it was only 10 minutes. Soarin we either get FPs later on or check the app and go when its 30ish minutes.

No, Guardians isn't on my list.

It will be my husband and I and our three kids ages 3, 7, and 9. Also might be our friends and their four kids. I'm hoping not to pay for MP.

That makes it easier, then you can go straight to RSR at rope drop or get FPs and head to TSMM for example.

Get to the park before opening. Grab FP for Soarin first, ride TSMM, Screamin, Mickey Funwheel, Symphony Swings, Goofy if open, Jellyfish, Zephyr.

Grab FP for Grizzly, ride Mater's, grab FP for Racers, use FP for Soarin, ride Mermaid, use FP for Grizzly, Lunch time.

Use FP for Racers after lunch. Grab another FP when the retrieval FP window is up.

You can also use FP and RS together. Get there as early as possible and grab 2 FPs for RSR and 2 for Soarin. While waiting for your first FP window to open, ride TSMM standby as a whole group. Hit the next attraction and use your FPs. When you scan in, tell the CM you need to Rider Swap. They will issue up to 3 RS passes. First 2 riders go; RS pass riders go when they return. Then do the same at attraction #3. Have a happy birthday!
