Great to see so many new runners.
I completed C25K back in May and ran my first 5K shortly after that. Well a short break from running during my last trip to WDW turned into a two month lay-off.
But I'm back at it now and hope to continue. In hindsight setting another goal after the completion of my first 5K would have kept me going. Just a little advice for those DISers close to completing the program.

Keep it up. I did C25K from Feb-first of April, and I am still running 3-4 days a week! I did a 9 mile run a couple of weekends ago! It really works, and turned me into a runner. You can do it! I cried at the end of the first day, and now 3 miles is an "easy run" for me.
