BWV's Rehab

I have heard that the BWV are undergoing some external rehab.

Can any one advise what this means?

What is the current status?
When they are doing external work does that room remain unoccupied ?
I would hate to wake up and see some guy on a scafollding looking in my window!!

They do not assign guests to rooms that would be impacted by an exterior rehab. Most exterior rehabs have some type of curtain like material hiding the scaffolding from the people walking by, so a guest wouldn't even be able to see outside from an impacted room.

For example, some posters have reported that they were recently notified that the Boardwalk view rooms (which they had booked) would not be available for their July vacation. They were moved to another Preferred View room (Pool/Garden).

I do not know the schedule, but I did read it was expected to be done by sometime this Fall.

I really do not think you have to worry about "some guy on a scaffolding looking" in your window. Enjoy your stay.
