BWVs and BCVs for September and October

I was booked in a one bedroom at BWVs since last week for September 15-20. I really wanted BCVs simce in 11 years of owning DVC have never been able to stay and also been stalking RIV.
This afternoon, about 3:20 pm, I noticed that all nights suddenly became available for BCVs the rest of this month and next month as well as BWVs. RIV remains the same.

I have been stalking all three (since I also wanted BW view at BW) and there really wasn’t anything this last week.

Just thought it was a little odd but maybe someone has an explanation

This is a continuing progression. August went from full to open for large numbers of rooms, then Sep, now parts of Oct , and even Nov, and some openings in Dec, including classes of rooms usually not open at 7 months out.That progression will likely continue. Members are cancelling their trips because of health concerns over covid, because of operational (both hotel and parks) decreases and covid-related rules requiring mask, distancing, etc., and because many cannot come even if they wanted to due to varying travel and quarantine restrictions affecting their states or other countries.
