Since the BWV are your home resort, you can call for the BWV reservation 11 months ahead of your desired check out date.
For example, let's say that you plan to check in to BWV on Sunday, 11/14/2004 and check out on Sunday, 11/21/2004. That's a 7 night stay.
If you want to reserve the entire trip with one phone call, you would call Member Services on 12/22/2003. 11 months ahead of the check out date of 11/21/2004 is actually Sunday, 12/21/2003. But since MS isn't open on weekends, you'd have to wait to call until Monday, 12/22/2004 for your week's stay.
If you plan/want either a Boardwalk view or a standard view room, my advice is to call every day as soon as MS opens for the day (9:00 a.m. Eastern). That substantially increases your chances of getting what you want. In that case, the calling schedule would look like this:
for 11/14/2004, call 12/15/2003 (because the check out for the first night's stay would be Monday, 11/15/2004)
for 11/15/2004, call 12/16/2003
for 11/16/2004, call 12/17/2003
for 11/17/2004, call 12/18/2003
for 11/18/2004, call 12/19/2003
MS isn't open on the weekends, so you call on Monday, 12/22/2003 for the last two nights - 11/19/2004 and 11/20/2004.
If you do decide to call each day, be sure to tell MS what you plan to do when you make the first call. That way, you will only get one confirmation number for your entire stay. Then each day, tell MS you want to add another day to your stay. When you've added the last day, MS will issue the confirmation letter. Lots of us book this way when we go during popular times (and that does include November, due to the Food & Wine Festival and lower point costs), or when we want a Boardwalk or standard view room.
Hope the explanation makes enough sense that you can figure out the calling dates for your specific vacation plans.
Good luck!
