Here is day 3 and 4 of our trip any ?'s feel free to ask

Day three of our WDW/BWV vacation: July 4th! – Slept in to around 10am kids still asleep so DH and I sat out on our deck and enjoyed our Morning coffee watching people going about there day and seeing the friendship boats passing by. At about 11:30am I woke up the kids and gave them breakfast then we all headed for our favorite A.M. activity – the Keister Coaster pool! Our summer WDW vacation is a more laid back vacation we rarely head to a park before 2pm. After a couple hours of sun we headed back to our room and got ready to head over to MGM studios. We arrived at MGM at 2:30pm and since it was to early to go to Hollywood and Vine we ended up at Star Tours. Stand by line was only 20minutes so we waited – we actually got on the ride in a little under 15 minutes. I still love to ride Star Tours! Well after the ride we headed over to H&V at 3:50pm I was in line to check in at the podium – although I encountered NO RUDE CM during this trip there were some rude guests people walking right up to the podium and demanding a ressie! Anyway no big. We were seated at 4:10pm – for folks on Atkins this buffet has enough food to fill you up and keep you on plan and the kids found more than enough stuff to fill them. Well around 5:10pm after we all ate quite enough we headed over to RNRC and ToT because after you eat too much you want to be tossed and flipped and dropped Right? Well we got a FP for RNRC and then stood in the standby line which was 25 minutes and it actually ended up being 25minutes – but this was good to give us time to digest. So we got on the ride and the kids just love this ride! As do we! After we DRAGGED the kids on to ToT – MY FAVORITE RIDE! – we were on the ride in 10 minutes! I love that the ride is a little different every time you ride it! Okay kids stop whining yes its time to use our FP for RNRC! Cheers heard from miles around! So again we rode the coaster! After the ride we did TGMR and Muppets 3-D I still laugh at Muppets especially Miss Piggy! So now we headed over to in front of the hat to claim a spot. We got the kids a shake and chips and ourselves some water and found a nice spot mid way up the main road in front of the hat – it was 20minutes till FW time – by 5 minutes to 9pm you couldn’t move if you had to and then 9pm – FW– Sorcery in the Sky began! 1st a medley of patriotic songs set perfectly to the FW and then rock & roll music any song with USA or America in it this portion of the FW was great – FW and music perfectly in sync! But by far the most emotional part of the FW was when the played GOD BLESS AMERICA by Celine Dion I and many others around us were a little misty eyed – couldn’t help but think about 9/11. All in all a GREAT DISPLAY! Well at approx. 9:15pm FW are over and we decided we would go back to BWV for a swim and not use our Fantasmic dinner pass thing – so on the way out I careful looked for a family of 4 that looked frazzled and on the edge(actually a lot easier to find than I thought it would be) I walked up and asked the women if they were going to see Fantasmic tonight she said yes and gave her the pass I explained it would not be”the best seats” but that they wouldn’t have to line up now to see a show at 10:30pm andthat you go in a back way at the front of the park – she smiled and off we went. Okay feeling a little tired we decided to take the ferry – bad choice – we got on and the ferry wouldn’t start – oh well off we got and decided to walk. At the end of the canal near the edge of the bus stops heading towards the walkway back to BWV all of a sudden “BANG”! we look up and FW – think they might have been the special 4th FW at Epcot so we decided to watch them – they were BEAUTIFUL! And what a bonus! We returned to our room it was almost 10:30p we changed and headed down to the pool swam about for ½ hour then back to the room – kids getting VERY SLEEPY! Our DD was sound asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow! Dh and I went out to the deck – It kinda became a ritual to start and end our day. An observation: I didn’t see many other folks using there deck – they are mostly used to hang wet items on from what I noticed – so if you go to BWV use your deck! Around 1am DH and I turned in – all in all a WONDERFUL 4th of July!

Day four of our WDW/BWV vacation: Well we decided to go to Typhoon Lagoon today – arrived at 11am – note to self either arrive at opening or go in late afternoon – we felt like Joseph and Mary – there was NO PLACE TO PUT OUR STUFF DOWN! Anyways after we dumped our non-essentials in a locker and the rest on the beach of the Surf pool we headed in. Wow that surf pool really is a blast! DD and Dniece never ventured in further than their upper thighs – thank goodness cause when they let those big waves lose man oh man they are fast and strong. Dh and I took turns going out a little further(chest hgt) and WOW those waves really do toss you about! Well we enjoyed a few slides – Humunga Kowabunga slides, Gangplank and Mayday raft slides, family raft ride and storm slides! Then we got some food: another note to self:BRING FOOD! Not exactly an Atkins friendly place. After we had a bite to eat(sad little Caesar salads for the adults kids ate fries) we headed into Castaway creek – okay this might be fun in a less crowded time but really was wall to wall folks and not very relaxing. So we headed back out to the Surf pool and hung out there for an hour – kids and us too loved it! Then I start to notice some heavy clouds rolling in and decided we should head out before they clear us out. We were back at BWV at 5:30pm and no sooner did we get to our room the skies opened up and it rained and there was some very vivid lightening which lasted for about 1 hour. Well we used this rain time to get ready and then at 6:30pm we walked over to Epcot(I love being able to walk to 2 parks). We did Test track – we used the single rider line and it took around 30minutes to get on the ride. And then did Ellens Energy Adventure, Figment, and DH and DD did mission space – Dniece and I window-shopped. After we headed to WS and just strolled along in and out of the different countries – Dh enjoyed a beer from Germany! We decided to head back to BW prior to the start of Illuminations – we did end up seeing the higher FW of the show from the BW bridge and then headed to ESPN club for a late dinner – Kids love the shakes and grilled cheese and we love the hot wings! After another GREAT meal at the ESPN club we headed back to our room. Our room is far from the elevators but we thought of it as a warm up if we were leaving our room and a cool down if we were returning to our room and for the view we had I’d walk it again and again and again! We returned to our rm and the kids got into bed - of course DH and I sat to unwind from our day on the balcony – Fantasmic was on and you could here it well, we enjoyed seeing the higher FW of this show and at the end when Mickey Mouse is on top of the Mountain we could see him!! That’s a bonus!

Great trip report. I have read in previous trip reports that you need to hit the waterparks early or late; especially in really hot weather. Looking forward to the next trip report. :)
