This is an interesting concept. I guess you are looking to "sub-rent" your unit.

I am curious if the renter will be able to use their own room keys to charge various things since your credit card will be the one on file at the front desk.

Sorry we cannot take your rental because we are going later, but I am just wondering about the logistics.

Yes, we spoke to Disney and it is possible to lock off the studio portion and re-assign it. The renter would have their own key and use their own credit card for charging.
