Can anyone share advice on good locations for these rooms. I am thinking of making a request (I know requests are just that, some people don't agree with making requests, etc) but am completely unfamiliar with BWV.

Also, when calling MS for a reservation at the 7 month mark, is it 9am central time or eastern time?

TIA:thumbsup2

9AM eastern time.

The standard villas at BWV face the entranceway. If you are near the elevators, you may not have a good view because of the roof and the immediate driveway where the ME busses pull up. If you are away from the elevators you may have a beautiful view of the little pond and if you are able to go up/down steps, you will be convenient to the resort busses.

We stayed at the BWV last May. We had a preferred view (the river) And, while it was a beautiful view it was a LOOONNNGGGG way from the elevator. If I were to stay there again, I would opt for a room closer to the elevator. Just my two cents.

Thank you-I tried to find a map with room locations, but couldn't!

I appreciate your help :goodvibes

Yep as mentioned the standard views are facing the front entrance road and the parking lot (valet)/pond. Standard view is a small section of BWV (I believe 20%), so that's pretty much it.

Oooohhh..look at all your trips planned!!! JEALOUS:laughing:

we usually request higher floor across from the bus stop....and have enjoyed the view....last trip we had a lobby level room close to the front entrance and wound up loving the room since it was so easy to get everywhere

We went in Spetmeber and stayed at the BWV..paid extra points for a preferred view which landed us on the third floor overlooking the pool. Only problem was that there was a huge tree blocking our view of the pool. very disappointing. Concierge would only change our room for a fee. i was mad but ultimately we decided to stay in the room. i wish i could remember the room number to avoid it but i forgot to write it down.

Thank you! I know it's crazy, but we tend to me more of "point A to point B" people, than "view" people. (At least at this point in our lives:laughing:)

I appreciate you taking the time to answer my question! My understanding is that all the standard studios are in the same area, then? How many floors are there at the BWV?

When we stayed there a couple of years ago we used our points for a standard view, but wound up on the 5th floor overlooking the pool and river. It was great because we also could see DHS. I guess they ran out of standard rooms. A slight walk from the elevators, but we didn't mind.

some parts of BWV have 5 floors and others have 4 floors....the lobby is on the 2nd floor...

We stayed this past December in a standard view studio on the bottom floor. It worked out great since the kids could go play football outside the room on the lawn while we got ready.

We had a standard view at BWV last June and scored the best 1 br secret at Boardwalk Villas. It is the corner unit facing the front parking lot, lake and entrance way. The room numbers are 3123, 4123, and 5123( not 100% about the building having a 5th floor or not). I believe you can YouTube search the room # for a video of the room. It was awesome.

There is no 5th floor in his area. The corner 1 bedrooms are 2123, 3123, 4123. First floor is an exit.
