BWV sells for over $94/point on eBay

I was following a resale listing on eBay for 86 points at BWV. The final price was $8100.01 plus closing costs! That's almost $100/point after closing costs. I would love to know if Disney buys it back.

Kept telling DH that adding on @ BWV last summer was a bargin @ $93.

Surprised that:

1) more of the small contracts don't sell for more of a premium - what better way to buy into DVC & buy where you want to stay...and

2) DVC doesn't buy up most of the smaller resale offerings to avoid it.

My experience with E-Bay is that it is a very fickle marketplace. Sometimes you just shake your head how much something sells for, and other times it's kind of shocking when something doesn't sell. Once a bidding war starts, though, it is pretty amazing what some people will pay just to "win." The seller obviously got very lucky, since there are plenty of BWV listings on TSS for considerably less.
