BWV Room Assignments

We are going to F&W Festival in October with friends who have rented points for a garden view studio. We reserved a BW view one bedroom with our points. Now one of our friends is having some health problems, and we'd like to be near them if possible to help out with things that may come up. Who / when should we call about trying to get these rooms as close together as possible? (I think I remember that the actual resort is who makes the assignments. Is that so?)

It's possible that the rooms could be across the hall from each other. Give your friend your reservation number and have them ask the owner to have MS add it to their reservation with a "traveling with" notation. You do the same adding their reservation number to your reservation.

Once while traveling with my elderly grandparents our location request was based on a health need that gave the request greater weight.
