That’s a dramatic change! But I still miss the original hallway treatment. The white picket fence along the wall is very distinct in my memory.

Was there in February and the hall brightness is amazing! I do miss the fence, however, and I’m not a fan of the carpet design at all.

I guess what are my chances to get a renovated Garden/Pool one bedroom villa in august. I understand they all have the murphy bed now, right? I´ve previously stayed in Boardwalk and standard views, but never Garden/Pool, any recommendations on my room requests? I´m thinking about Village green

Staying now at BWV.
Given a std 1bedroom suitable for a tree hugger .As you opened the balcony door the tree reached into the room to look around..
Returned to front desk and informed the cm the my wife already had a lover for fifty years this year and I did not appreciate the tree butting in our relationship as she is allergic to pollen.
We were given an upgrade to garden and pool view .great view from the pool but only one and a half people can fit on the balcony. My daughter arrived Wednesday and loves the Murphy bed The room is recently renovated.

I had a room like that once at OKW - the tree was completely overrunning the patio balcony so there was virtually no view at all - however, as a bird photographer I ended up loving it because I had all kinds of birds on my patio or close by in the trees to photograph as I sat out there - tufted titmouse, grey catbird, goldfinch, cardinal, magnolia warbler, pine warbler, ruby-crowned kinglet...during migration season, I'd specifically try to get that room again!

I believe they are just finished but experiencing after refurb ,problems with room keys and locks .We had a sudden 2inch rain shower got to quiet pool hall entrance the doors would not open for cards,bands etc . We got thoroughly soaked through.Eventually got in electrician further down the corridor just laughed and said since the refurb. They have a lot of electrical problems

I can’t tell what I could expect to get. I have 4 ppl staying for my birthday and hope we get one connected balcony that fits us all!!

I was on the waitlist for a BCV studio, and tried to book a BWV studio as back up. Maybe it's better that my waitlist came through if things at BWV are still a little dicey.

I was in the peninsular road section, in the buildings that are not considered near hospitality house. Technically facing the golf course, except the trees blocked the view. 1-bedroom to the right side of the building and it was the right-most of the 3 buildings. Actually a very nice location as it was a short walk to the peninsular bus stop and also easily walkable to HH for the boats - and if I saw that I missed my park bus at Peninsular, I could walk over to HH and catch it there as the last stop. If you can't get 'near HH' category, those are some of the ones that are the next-best as they are still quite close to HH.

This aligns with what I'm reading on the internet. For the past 2 years it has been a wild ride getting reservations at BWV at the 11 month mark. I've been assuming it was because of the refurbishment as they would take rooms out of service.
We are planning a trip for Sept 2025 and I'm hoping for a better reservation experience. Just wondering if y'all think things will still be crazy or if we might actually snag that 2 bedroom standard view.
