BWV refillable mugs

Is it worth it to get a mug at BWV? I guess what I am asking is where do you refill, and is it a long walk from the villas? I have bought the mugs at POR, and ASM and know they are a good deal.

YOU CAN REFILL AT THE lUNA POOL BAR, at the bakery, bel vue room.
not sure where else.
Yes it's worth it, I walk every morning at BWV at 6:30 am ( when bakery opens)and get a mug of coffee when I start and another when I stop and go over to sit at luna pool to wife gets up.

Your milage may vary.

I prefer to buy a good bag of coffee beans (starbucks) and brew it in the villa as WDW coffee isn't all that great. I never remember to take filters and bug a box and bring it home. I don't use that type of filter here and I have a few boxes from WDW. Doh!

Not worth it - it is a long walk IMHO to the bakery from the rooms and even the Belle Vue Room, which isn't always open. (The Pool bar doesn't open until late morning). Plus the mugs don't hold much. I can finish a mug of coffee before I get half way back to the room easy!

All the DVC rooms come with a coffee maker and a refrigerator. I being my own coffee and filters and brew my own coffee in the room. Since I don't think the DIsney coffee is all that great anyway, this is a much better alternative for me. We also bring/buy soda. If you don't like COKE products, this is the only way to go.

IMHO, the only time the mugs are worth it is if you spend a lot of time at the Luna Park pool and drink a lot of soda.

You can buy the refillable mugs at the bakery. You can also refill them at the bakery, Seashore Sweets(ice cream shop), Leaping Horse Libations(pool bar) and the Belle Vue lounge. The Belle Vue Lounge has breakfast items in the morning, so you can get your coffee there, too. If you like to spend the afternoons at the pool, we found it was very convienent to be able to refill the mugs there.

DH and I typically don't get the mugs when we go down. We find that usually we would want to use them when we get back from the parks, as we are walking back to our room, so that we would have something cold to drink. But....alas....the mugs are in our room, not with us. By the time we get to our room - we are too lazy to go back out and refill the mug!

I have to say, when we go to the waterparks, we usually get those mugs - just b/c we are there for most of the day, and there are plenty of stations to refill.

thanks for the help. It sounds like there are more places to fill the mugs at BWV than the other resorts.
