To get an idea for our first stay at BWV -

What options are there to grab quick counter service type food for all three meals and snacks? What are the type of things they serve?

I think the clown pool has a bar? Do they also offer hotdogs, sandwiches, etc.?

What about near Community Hall?

Besides the bakery (A member of my family has a peanut and tree nuts allergy so I feel a little weary about that place...), are there any other options for breakfast?

I know BCV is limited, how about any Swan/Dolphin options? Is it fairly quick and easy to get over there for these type of "fast" meals?

Thanks!

Luna Park poolside bar has some basics... Nachos, hot dogs, smoothies, etc...

Nothing near the Community Hall, except BBQ grills...

Along the Boardwalk, there is a Pizza Window near Spoodles... Off of the top of my head, I can't remember if they have anything else on the menu other than Pizza...

There a hot dog "wagon" on the boardwalk that sells hot dogs, chili dogs, fries, etc...

There is a sit down restaurant inside of BWI... We have never ate there though...

Usually we eat breakfast in the room... I do think Spoodles offers a breakfast buffet....

A few ideas for a quick snack/meal:

Tubbi's at the Dolphin has a variety of foods. We've had sandwichs, hot dogs, hamburgers, salads. They also have hot foods. 20% DVC discount

Big River Grille: We like to get salads and appetizers and sit outside. (not so quick sometimes)

ESPN Club: Pretty good food, does get very busy at times.

Beaches and Cream: Behind SAB at Y&BC. Good food and desserts, small place, gets busy at times.

For a nice character dinner, try Gulliver's at the Dolphin...

DVC Discount there as well... ;-)::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo

Walk over the bridge past the Atlantic Dance Hall - this takes you to the other side of the canal - the Swan and Dolphin would be on your left as you walk across the bridge - going to your right takes you toward the Yacht Club

Don't forget your DVC card for dining discounts (unlike someone else in your family  )

thanks

jaysue, so to get over to Swan/Dolphin from BWV I would need to go onto the BWV boardwalk to walk down by the Dance hall. No other way from BWV?

Just trying to get my bearing down before we get there.

And yes, I will remember my card. Are you kidding? LOL I'm the anal one! :hyper:
