BWV preferred views-What are they?

We are going to go to BWV next June, and going to make my ressie's next week (11 mos out). My question is DW wants a PV, and wanted to know what views are available? Is it BW, Pool, or what? Also any difference in points in views? I know SV is less than PV, but are all PV the same pointage??

P.S. Any comments in views would be appreciated by people who have stayed in the PV at BWV!!!!!!!

About 2 years ago, preferred view was split into 2 subcategories, both the same points:

Preferred Boardwalk - facing the boardwalk and lake.
Preferred pool/garden - facing the 2 pools or garden areas. This also includes the lawn area between the villas and the inn on the boardwalk side ("Village Green"), which is mostly studios.

Since you are booking at 11 months, I would try for preferred boardwalk.
