About four weeks ago, we stayed on the second floor in the quiet pool area (I already don't remember the room number--might have been 2116).
Anyway, starting about 4 doors before ours and extending much further down the hall the carpet was covered with some sort of protective plastic wrap. Looking up at the ceiling, it was obvious that several large holes had recently been cut into the drywall. The holes were covered with wooden access panels that could be removed as needed.
I don't want to give the impression that the work was unsightly--they did a very nice job of securing the plastic covering to the rug and the ceiling access panels were hardly noticable.
Having read mention of the work being done at BWV, it was apparent that our portion of the resort was receving some attention. However, in the 4 days that we were at the resort, not once did we see (or hear) anyone working in these areas.
