BWV in July

We've been going to WDW once or twice a year since 2000 and now we like to do the special tours, etc. to keep it new and exciting.

Any suggestions on tours or activities that an 11 year old would enjoy? I noticed that most tours require the children be older. This is a real bummer since my DD is very mature and loves everything Disney. (She wants to be Walt Disney for her class wax museum project).

The only thing we have done is the "Behind the Seeds" tour last summer and a special concierge safari in December from WL.
