No, believe about 1/3 of them are two levels.

Of the seven GVs at BWV, 5 are all on one level, while the other 2 are two-storey. These latter two offer the most sweeping views at BWV, since the top portions are on the 6th floor, while the rest of BWV only have 5 storeys.
