BWV check in for the first time

I need some tips for checking in at BWV. We will probably check in around noon. I have requested NS and Pool view. I also have Garden Grocer delivering between 2-3.

Not sure what tips you are talking about. Checking into BWV is the same as checking into any WDW resort. You go to the front desk and check in, if the room is not ready you store your luggage with luggage services. If you have any perishable items let luggage services know and they will store them in a refrigerator. The CM will give you the room keys and number to call to check when the room is ready. Once you have checked in you are free to go to a park or to the pool. If you are planning to use the pool, pack your bathing suits and pool stuff in a beach bag and you can change in the bathrooms at the pool.
One tip I can give you is the pool view of the quiet pool is very, very nice and much less crowded than the main pool. You can also get free pool noodles to be used at the quiet pool in the community hall, which you will be right next to. The villas overlooking the quiet pool also have a great view of the canal leading to MGM and the Friendship boats, the Swan and Dolphin.
