**BWV/BLT 2.5 days/3 Nights (w/pictures)**

Your photos are beautiful. I love the picture of the fireworks. Thanks for sharing your trip! :thumbsup2

Next it was off to see the bats but not too many of them were out and this was the best picture I took there.

OMG - I've never seen a bat that looks like that! :scared1:

You took some truly great pics! I would have been disappointed in my room at BWV too and a little nervous that someone could come back in the room! What a great view of MK you had tho!

Hi Kathy,

Your photos are awesome.

Looking forward to hearing & seeing more of your trip.

Your pictures are SPECTACULAR!! You need to post them in the photography thread that I was looking through the other night. Yours are better than most! :thumbsup2

Thanks for the report, I'm really enjoying reading it. :)

As others have commented, your photos are awesome. The photos are so crisp and clear, and you even managed to capture the fireworks from Illuminations... if you don't mind sharing, I'd enjoy knowing what type of camera you used? :)

Sounds like you had a great trip. Thanks for posting. :)

Thanks for all the nice comments everyone! :goodvibes I've fallen behind on getting my last few photographs uploaded but hope to in the next day or two so I can finish the report before I forget what I did! lol

Thanks #1 Disney Fan! :) I used a Sony Alpha DSLR for the pictures. Mine is the A850. I had brought a Canon P&S to use on the water rides but forgot the battery in the charger at home! Oh well, the best laid plans and all that. :rotfl: It was too cold to be out in the rain or do any water rides anyway.

Were you using a fisheye lens for the last couple in your last update? I've *always* wanted to try a fisheye out, but have been scared about the learning curve. Was the lens pretty easy to use? It sure added a fun perspective to your pictures. :thumbsup2

Yes, all the Everest AK shots were taken with a fisheye. It has a little bit of a learning curve but not too bad. Keeping the horizon level is one of the key points and something I still need to improve on. I seem to naturally tilt! On the ride I just snapped away and then chose those that worked the best. I used it quite a bit this trip and loved being able to get the different perspectives. It's a specialty lens but I haven't regretted getting it b/c I do like the look it gives. :thumbsup2

What she said! :thumbsup2

Amazing photos- love the effect and your steady hand on EE. Also thought your gorilla pics were fantastic!

Kathy - I loved these on the other thread, and I love them once again here. What a nice treat to see them all over again :)

Thanks posdnel!

And stopher1 - glad you enjoyed them again! Blame Muushka for encouraging me to make my own thread. :goodvibes I added a few additional pictures though. :thumbsup2

Yes you did... but no blame needed, she was right, they should be in their own thread! - plus they were a nice highlight yesterday!

Yes, blame was the incorrect word to use (and I thought of that last night after I wrote it! ;) )

Those are fantastic pictures. I feel like I'm there....and I wish I was! :thumbsup2
