BWV and RAC on Southwest

I just called the BVW to check to see if RAC for Southwest had been added yet. The CM was fairly clueless and said I couldn't check my bags till I was leaving DUH. She then said SW wasn't participating and had no idea when it would start. Can anyone confirm this. We aren't leaving for 6 weeks but I am so hoping it will be up and running soon.

BWV was supposed to join back on March 9th. I know I've seen posts of people who have used RAC with SW at other newly added resorts. I'm thinking that maybe you just got a CM who wasn't familiar with it.

We used RAC with SWA at the BC on March 27. So, no problemo!

When you called BW, you weren't really talking to anyone at BW. You got a call center. Yeah, I know...they answered the phone as if they were sitting right there, at BW, but they aren't. So, people routinely get bad or incorrect info from these CMs when they think they are talking to the resort.


BW will be participating soon, if not already.
