BWV 2br - How many and where?

Does anyone know where i can find out how many 2br villas there are at BWV? We just booked a preferred view for Thanksgiving week and we are on the waiting list for a SV and BW. I was wondering if anyone had a layout that showed were they are located and how many there are?

149 total. I don't think I've seen a map that breaks them all down. Assume roughly 20% each for BW and standard view.

They are spread throughout the resort.

I can think of two areas where some 2 bedrooms villas may not be...

BW view - floors 3-5 over the screen door and thimble and thread stores - this is where the GV's are

Pref view - village green view - I believe it is mostly dedicated studios and 1 bedrooms.

Actually, there are no dedicated two bedroom villas at the Boardwalk. They are all one bedrooms with an adjoining studio that can be locked off. Right? So, come to think of it, how do they determine how many will be for 2 bedroom as opposed to being used as a studio and a one bedroom? Does the number of rooms of each size change based on demand?

Standard views are in the front of the building and over the tennis court and half the standards are two bedroom (and those obviously can also be 1BR and studio). About half the BW view area is 2BRs and all of those are over the Big River Grill and where the old DVC store was. Chances are not good that you will get either off the wait-list during Thanskgiving.

This is what member services told me when I requested a dedicated 1 bedroom at 11 months, they said I already had it reserved.

Rooms: 383 (532 max)
Dedicated Studio: 97
Dedicated One Bedroom: 130
Dedicated Two Bedroom: 0
Lockoff Two Bedroom: 149
(Each can be booked separately as 1B and Studio)
Grand Villas: 7

Thanks, I've wondered about how that worked. So it would seem that the studios and 1BR are more popular than the 2BR.
I had no idea there were only 7 Grand Villas. I guess I have been lucky with getting one when I wanted it! No wonder people talk about calling day by day.
