BWV 2 bedroom lock off key issue

Here now at BWV with a 2 bedroom lock off and having issues with our magic bands consistantky opening our rooms.

Background - my parents we’re at AKL until Thursday, moved to BWV and keys worked fine. I arrived today and got into the room just fine but this evening around dinner time, they stopped working. Went to the front desk and had them reprogram, worked once, then stopped working again. Being 11pm and we want to go to Epcot early, we’ve given up for tonight and will try again tomorrow. I will say, the Cast member is extremely apologetic and I understand it some type of IT issue but trying to figure it out.

Is it me showing up and using a different door, is it BWV being old, anyone else had issues or advice to offer?

Had a friend who owns there have the same problem recently. They never figured it out and had to use key cards all week.

Went back down this am and got supervisor help (he had proper access). Apparently the multiple systems were overriding each other. Also got key cards as a back up. He also deactivated all our old magic bands. Hopefully this helps someone in the future.
