The water view is beautiful, especially if you are overlooking the boardwalk area. We had this 8 years ago and it is an awesome view. Note that the water view could also be a swimming pool, so be aware. If you do get the boardwalk side I should warn you that if anyone is a light sleeper they might have a problem. That side is very noisy at night and late into the night. We stayed at the BWI last month in a standard room overlooking a quiet courtyard and thought this was much better. We were able to see the Epcot fireworks right from our beds on the nights we were there around 9pm.
