I have not yet stayed at either BC or BW although I will be at BWI tomorrow for my fist stay there. I have stayed at YC and found SAB to be crowded and noisy due to the large amount of children staying at BC, so much so we as a family 4 Adults used the quiet pool and hot tube never stepping foot in SAB.
I like the decor of BW a little better than BC it just has a more charming feel/appeal I think, I was booked at BC at one point but switched resorts.
Both have QS breakfast options as mentioned by pp and if you head over to Epcot, SunShine Seasons has breakfast options too.
Personally I would pick BWI for the many more QS options, and I think the more romantic feel of the resort in addition to the night life on the boardwalk. The lobby at BC can get quite loud and busy as others have mentioned due to Cape May Character breakfast and the popularity of Cape May Clam Bake in the evenings
