I have been (happily) put in charge of booking a trip for 3 different families (mine, my brother's family, and my mom and dad) for 3 night stay in standard rooms at BWI from S 4/27-T 4/30. Hoping to find some BWI experts to help me make some requests...
I would like to put in a room request - not necessarily room NUMBERS, but just an area I would appreciate staying in. Not sure what would fit our needs best...I think I would like quick easy access out of the resort (near an elevator maybe) and possibly a glimpse of fireworks from our room (i'm sure this is pushing it for a standard room, right!?) Any suggestions? How should I word this when I call?
Also, this gets a little confusing...our package of 3 nights plus 5 days of tickets (because the 30% off deal gives you the 5th day free) is paid for by my father. My husband and I would like the stay the 4th night at BWI and pay ourselves. Is it possible to stay in the same room and just make it a separate reservation under our credit card?
