I called this morning and got BWI concierge with AP rates. My travel agent got me a BWI water view room with the summer Dream Maker package. The difference between the two after I purchase annual passes is around $500. Is the concierge worth it? This is our honeymoon trip, but neither of us really drink wine, and we will probably be at the parks early, then come back during the day, and go out again at night.
What do you guys think?
I tried for regular water view with AP rates but didn't have any luck.

Concierge should not be looked at as a way to save money, but rather as an increased level of pampering and privacy. it will not save you money, it might make your trip a little more special.

For a honeymoon, if you can afford it without really breaking the budget, I would do it.

BWI concierge is wonderful! We will not stay anywhere else and consider it the best resort (and especially concierge service) in WDW. The resort is beautiful and the staff is amazing. There are food offerings all day long, but the real perk is not having to worry about making priority seatings, tee times, etc. Have a great trip!

Boardwalk is our favorite too; and we loved concierge there!:D It really is soooo nice to have someone else make all of your arrangements for you. We also enjoyed going to the Innkeepers Club in the mornings for coffee and pastries! Yum!:p We also enjoyed going back in the evenings for a relaxing drink/snack and watching IllumiNations. If staying concierge won't break your budget, I say go for it!:earsgirl:

SnoWhite-
I would defintely go with concierge for your honeymoon. Many moons ago, my DH & I went on a cruise for our honeymoon and swore we would go again for our 5th anniversary. Well , the mortgage came and then the kids and we did not start pampering ourselves on vacations again until our 10th anniversary. Make your honeymoon extra, extra specail and go for it! Best Wishes!

Thanks guys! We have decided to keep this reservation and enjoy the concierge for our honeymoon! Now, since I've never stayed at the BWI, OR in concierge, I'd love to hear any info you have about it! (do all concierge floor rooms face the lake?) (how do I get a hold of them before we arrive?)

Thanks!
Lisa

No, not all concierge rooms face the lake. You will book either garden or water view. If you book garden view you can request an upgrade, which they will likely give you if they have the availability.
