BWI concierge email?

i did a quick search and couldn't find it. We have not heard from them yet and i need to arrange for a birthday surprise for dh when we arrive in oct.

This is the one I use for the Boardwalk:

They share it with Yacht and Beach Club. Hope it helps, e-mail them soon. They should have contacted you by now. Did you use a TA? One time the TA I used didn't turn over my information to them, they were glad when I contacted them because they were having a hard time trying to find me.

thanks, i did not use ta but this is my first package rather than a room only ressie and i booked it online, also a first, and a likely a last. I am wondering if that has anything to do with it.
