BWI Balconys - do all rooms have them?

Confused about the balconies at BWI, are they full balcony's with furniture? I thought I saw somewhere the rooms facing the boardwalk are small standing balconies. Is that true?? What about standard view - are they full with furniture?

As far as I am aware, all water view rooms have balconies. There are some standard view rooms that have the small standing room balconies, and probably 4-5 rooms that do not have a balcony (windows only). These exceptions may only affect 10-15 rooms.
