How long of a ride is it from BW to DTD ...and is a taxi worth the trouble (also how much would one be?)

It depends greatly on the time of day, and the traffic. The bus ride will be 5-10 minutes longer, because after 5 or 6pm, the bus will stop at the Boardwalk first, then S/D, then it heads to the Markeyplace, and then Pleasure Island.
