BW Inn - calling for a possible birthday balloon ?

MY DD will be at the Boardwalk Inn with her boyfriend for her 24th birthday this Friday, June 21.
I sent a package to her - now at the BW Inn conference enter as of today.

Can I call them and ask for a regular balloon to be placed in her room with a card from Minnie Mouse or Pooh - her favorite characters ?

In my experience, unless they're staying Club Level and you can get in touch with DSS it ain't gonna happen.

You can call. You will get an offsite Call Center, likely not even in Florida. Highly unlikely that they would do it

I called the BW Inn today - Wednesday - they must have the rooms assigned already.
They noted on her reservation my DD 24th birthday and will do a normal blow up balloon and a card from Minnie Mouse in the room for her.
They plan to drop off the luggage and go to the park
Hopefully it will be in her room

Usually,the Birthday balloons,cards,etc. are random.

We always note my Birthday on our reservation and sometimes I get something,but not very often.

But if you were able to call and have something "guaranteed",more power to you!

Yes, in our experience, Disney Floral and Gifts places ordered items in the room after check-in and room assignments are made.

When I stayed at BWI on my birthday I found a balloon tied to the door and a card from Mickey inside the room wishing me a happy birthday. It was such a nice surprise that’s never happened to me before

Even if it does work out, you weren’t talking to anyone at BW. The CMs at call centers lie; they usually aren’t even using their real names.

Just want to set expectations for others.
