BW/BC split stay, up-grade to conceirge?

Can someone please advise me on my hotel choice? We have BW ad BC reserved for Christmas week, changing hotels on Christmas Day (!). My question is, is it worth up-grading to conceirge; I'm paying 198. w/taxes per night, and was wondering if the extra cost is worth it. Also, we were considering the Dolphin. Any opinions? This is, afterall, our sons' surprise Christmas gift! Thanks to anyone who can help!

I will be staying at the BC concierge in 3 wks. With deals I got the concierge floor for the same I would have paid originally for a regular room. For me it is worth it. no one in my family eats a big breakfast,to get up and go somewhere would have been a tremendous waste. Also my husband and 3 boys eat many small meals all day long. If they can grab things here and there while at the resort it will certainly save money and be convient. When I return i will tell you more about the other services and if it was worth it.
