BUZZ's Brigade - TEAM CHALLENGE - POST MILES/HOURS HERE

Since I've been a terrible team member and haven't posted my hours in forever (since the week ending 8-28) can I just post all of my hours for Sept.?
Chris - is that ok? Can you just plug it into one week and then leave zeros for the rest? Or divide it up anyway you need to.

My time/miles (all running and including double miles for 1 half and 1 5K) for August 29th through Sept. 30 is:

208.3 Miles
33 Hours 47 Minutes

Chris - a belated congrats on your PR!

Mike - I too am very impressed.

Thank you and Heck Yeah you can. I need to go in and update the numbers again, but that works for me.

Welcome back!!!!

Alright team I'm updated to here. We have 6 Buzzies with numbers reported in October. Where oh where have our other Buzzies gone?

It's turned colder here so my run outside yesterday was in pretty chilly temps with the wind blowing pretty good. I was happy to be outside though because last year I would have just hit the treadmill.

Hope everyone is doing good and if injured are healing nicely.

Take Care team!

Finally!!! I've been experiencing log in techno problems since Friday!!

I have finally gathered all of my scraps of paper and here are the results...

June: 0 :confused3
July: 4.22 miles 112 minutes
Aug: 26.84 miles 797 minutes
Sept: 45.07 miles 737 minutes
Oct: 32.14 miles 573 minutes

Every little bit helps!! :)

Today, I did 10 miles outside at a steady pain free 15 minute pace :woohoo: !! It's taken a year to get back to this point. I am so glad that I am!!

Come on, Buzzies!! Cooler temps are here...let's get out there and get those miles in!! :goodvibes Anne

October Numbers

Looks like I had my biggest running month ever (by far) in October with 217 miles. Since that included one 10 miler and one 10K race, my numbers for October are:

233.4 miles

37 hours, 12 minutes

Anne - I'm so happy you were able to go 10 miles pain free!

Sorry a little late this week. Hope all is well. I have been doing a semi long run on Friday night followed up by a long run on Sat morning. It's a test of the legs.

This week:
37 miles
350 minutes

enjoy everyone!

Ran twice last week and enjoyed every minute of it.

Miles 8.57
Time 1:53

Anne-Pain free is where I wanna be!:thumbsup2

Anne good to see you back. Congrats on the pain free Activity!!!!

Yesterday I did 15 miles running with no walking for what I think was the first time. Saturday I did 6 miles so I thought it was weird I felt so good after a back to back like that. Only time will tell, but I'm really pumped right now for Marathon weekend.

Hi Buzz Team, I noticed my name is not on the team list. I am here and have miles to add. Sorry to be late, was out of town for a half marathon over the weekend.

week of 10/25-10/31:

28 miles
4 hours 43 min

Next up for me is the Las Vegas marathon half.

Happy running/walking!

Hey Casey you are on this list.....

http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=ppYit0DjqjVcAhKsgnZ6hOA&hl=en[/

I just sent a list to Dave to make sure he has our current team list if that's the list you mean. The one at the beginning of this thread I can't change as Kathy started the thread way back when.

Updated to here everyone. Keep up the great work!!!! :woohoo:

MickeyT..You WILL get there!!You have so much else going on, the mere fact that you are OUT there (including TM!), is AWESOME!! :thumbsup2 I just went back and read that you were at AKL when we were there for EE!!!

What a great group of fast times we've had lately!! Allie, CynthiaCindy, Chris..:cool1: And this back to back stuff, Duane, :scared1: and running for 15 miles without stopping...:faint:
(from Chris) finished the 1/2 in 2:19:24. I realize that to most people that's slow
I can not even comprehend....That's elite stuff to this old lady!!::yes::

Casey, Pat and I will be in Vegas!! We need to meet up!! :dance3:

Jessica, how are you doing? What half are you doing? :confused3

Allie, you went from "my 1/2 marathon days are about over.." to being a pacer!! I realize it was a 5K, but :woohoo: !! Thanks for asking about my SIL..she's in a lot of pain, but hanging in there.

Off to do cross training...I'm digging up and replanting 12 azalea bushes..:lmao: 2I&B! :goodvibes Anne

I haven't fallen off the face of the earth, just been really busy. I'll post my hours soon tho!

Hi Buzzies!

105 minutes, 5.2 miles for me.

Anne asked me to tell you all that she's been called away again and will be without internet access indefinitely.

MickeyT..there I just went back and read that you were at AKL when we were there for EE!!! Anne

What is scary is we may have next to each other in the Lodge and not even known it was a great friend sitting there!:flower3:

Well guess what! DOUBLE DIGITS!

>>>>>>11.6 Miles<<<<<<<<<<<
>>>>>>>>3:01<<<<<<<<<<<<<

And again, thanks Chris for keep up with all those #'s. You are appreciated!

Chris - thank you for pointing that out! I hadn't noticed my name on the spreadsheet but see I'm defintely there. :thumbsup2

Pat and Anne - yes it would be fun to meet at the Las Vegas marathon! My husband will probably be running it as well. It's going to be here really soon!

Here's my miles/time for the week of 11/1-11/7

20.35 miles
3 hours and 24 min

Have a good weekend, all!

Here are my totals for the week of 10/25 - 10/30:

Miles: 11.66

Hours: 3:59:04

Sorry those are late Chris.

Here are my totals for the week of 10/31 - 11/6:

Miles: 11.89

Hours: 3:45:28

I keep trying to stay current with my totals, but I always seem to be a week late. :sad2: Is anybody else amazed that our year with the Buzzies is almost up? It seems like we just started this friendly competition. I am really going to be sad when you are all gone for marathon weekend. I guess somebody has to stick around and hold down the fort. ;) :rotfl2: I'll be there with all of you in spirit. :goodvibes

Oh, and today was supposed to be my first half marathon, but I had to cancel. :sad1: I was sad, but all was ok because it was quite chilly this morning. :cold: Plus, I spent the night with my MIL because she had surgery on Thursday (she's fine, it wasn't a big deal at all ;) ) and it was my turn to stay with her. I will get out there and do another half someday, and hopefully I will be able to get back down to Disney and do the half with all my friends. :grouphug:

Thanks Anne! You're the BEST!!! We'll miss you and keep your SIL in our thoughts and prayers. :grouphug: (thanks for the update, Pat)

Casey - That list on the first page was done by ValentineKathy, and she hasn't been on much lately. You ARE on our spreadsheet, and we are most HAPPY to have you on our team!!!:grouphug:

Mike
- In my book, chemo is still chemo. ;) Congrats on the double digits! :thumbsup2

Hi All,
A between work and this being a step back week it was a little slow.

Miles: 22
Time: 220 minutes

This week it is back to the "grind".

Casey, I have plans to do the Las Vegas half next year. A few people at work are also thinking about going. We'll see if we can swing it.

Have a great week all.
Duane

Please don't kill me!

Sept 21-27 23.84 Miles 9.36 hours
Sept 28-Oct 4 4 miles 52 minutes
Oct 5-11 3.13 miles 40.36 minutes
Oct 12-18 35.7miles 6.68 hours
Oct 19-25 27.28 miles 7.52 hours
Oct 26-Nov 1 35.78 miles 7.48 hours
Nov 2-8 59.48 miles 12.97 hours

Whew - I'm tired just thinking about it :)

My zero mile trend continues. It has gotten cold and rainy here and quite frankly, I am a huge baby about cold weather. I know I should invest in warm clothing for running in this weather, but I haven't done it.

I have the Seattle half marathon on Nov. 30 and will probably be walking most of it.
