Actually I think I will have schizophrenia when I get older due to the fact that I have two names here, and I'm always being someone else at work. Since, I am the helper, I am the first one to be used as a sub. Now are you confuzzled?

And if you do a race you get to double the miles, but not the time.

Actually, there were parts of the class I enjoyed -- I just have no interest in running suicides or football-type drills. I don't need explosive speed. We did a couple of interesting and torturous things with gliders (they look like floppy little frisbees; new to me). We put our forearms on gliders on the floor and slid across the gym with our legs lunged out behind us. I doubt that description does it justice, but it kills the quads!
), I just report my miles, and minutes (actually hours) at the end of the month, right?

Glad to see everyone again and welcome to those just joining. I was a late joiner to the Buzz team last year myself. I look forward to learning more about everyone this year and getting to know some new people as well.
