I just received an invitation to do a survey but it wasn't a "do the survey, we send you $5" . It was "do a survey, take a chance to win $". Is this a permanent change or a different type of survey?

I don't know the answer to your question. I just received a $5 check from them but it was from a survey about 6 weeks back. Don't know if they have permanently changed, but I wanted to respond so you would not feel ignored!
