Buzz Lightyear yesterday

A few kind of uncool things happened this week so yesterday I decided to shoot down to DL to try to cheer myself. Didn't get there till about 2:00 and it was hot and crowded. However, I did well on Buzz, which helped me to feel a little better.

As below, my score was 2,086,900. That was dangerously close to the reset point. Once you exceed about 2,090,000 your score resets. In fact, later I went over by about 300,000 -- so, in effect, my score was approx. 2,400,000. However, when you come out to check your score, you'll see that only the lower i.e. reset) number is displayed. I've been told that they're aware of the issue and it's unlikely to be fixed. It's been suggested that this isn't a bug but rather intentional. Scores above this used to be allowed. I'm no developer but it seems like a simple fix -- perhaps a few lines of code?

I don't mean to be snarky, but honestly, I bet they don't really care that much about fixing scores for people who come to DL to play Buzz Lightyear over and over. I can't see it being a priority for them when the vast majority of visitors can't get nearly that high.

That's my point. I think they intentionally "broke" it. Consequently, it's unlikely that they'll fix it.
