Buzz Lightyear target tips

I don't usually do this ride but rode it twice lately. The one time my daughter went said I can't even beat Mom.

The second time I was with my son who always get high scores. Well I hit something and got like 100,000 points in one shot.
It was at the beginning of the ride but I don't know what I hit.

Could someone give me some idea where the high scoring targets are? I would love to beat my kids again.

just hopping onboard since i always win on this ride but do it by just holding the trigger down the whole time and turning. since i guess i should really "aim' at something i'd like to know what

Do a search on this topic for the details, but........
I read on these boards a while ago about this. It is either the first "room" you enter or the last - but you have to swing your car around to face backwards and aim for a specific target which will get you mega points.

I need to know what that target is before our MVMCP meet in Nov. I always lose at this one.

It's the target on the back side of the robot with the orange hand (I've read this is random). Try this link.

In one room (the third?) Zurg is on the right standing in a green pulpit. Shoot the target at the very bottom of the pulpit, the gun won't reach until you are exiting the room and facing backwards.

The target on the orange robot mentioned above is on his moving arm.

Not as many points but intersting anyway. Shoot the volcano on the wall to your right, in the second room.

Your aim had better be good, seems like you need to hit the exact center of the Z on the target.

the moving arm on the robot when exiting the room is no longer 100,000 points.

I also recommend shooting at the bottom of Zurgs ship when exiting the first room for 100,000.
