Do they do Buzz on any cakes? I'd love something Buzz for my son's 6th birthday while we have dinner at Chef Mickeys.

I'd really like to know this, too. At one point, the cake thread folks (on this board) said you couldn't get PIXAR characters, but I get the impression that this rule has changed. Any updates for sure?

OT - Chef Mickey's will give him a Mickey cup cake. With that and the choices on the dessert buffet we thought cake would be overkill. For us it would have been. My nephew loved his cup cake, was over stimulated by all the activity there and was delighted to just lick the icing off his cup cake. We celebrated his 6th birthday there too.

Hopefully you can find a Buzz cake and the right time to surprise him with it!

When we called for a Cake at Chef Mickey's we were given a choice between a Minnie or a Mickey cake.

I DID get the cake- it was OK. But DD was turning 4 and needed the actual blowing out of the candles and cake cutting event to feel like she celebrated her birthday- so we did.

It never hurts to ask for Buzz... go ahead and try- you could also bring a figurine from the Disney Store with you and stick it in the cupcake/cake before it gets to your DS if the restaurant can't accomodate your request.
