Buying Tickets in Advance

I am wondering how it works when you call and purchase tickets in advance that you plan to pick up when you arrive at WDW (I didn't trust the mail and now it is too late to have them sent - we arrive on 1/10).

Does anyone have any experience with this?

JUst go to any of the guest service windows at any of the parks, show them your ID and your confirm # and you are finished in about 3 minutes. Real easy, did my AP that way last month.
