Not an argument on financing, but we are purchasing 215 points April UY Riviera, bringing total to 600 points. I don't need any trips until after April 2023, so I'll have 430 points come April 2022, which we will rent out to pay off our initial CCV 75 point direct contract!! We contemplated selling our 160 point SSR (own out right) but may decide to rent out to offset dues!!! Working toward my goal of 1000 for retirement to spend months at a time!!

Sounds like a great plan!! My goal is 1000 too! I am retired and at 900 so getting close. I am in the process of selling 200 SSR in exchange for 300 VGF, which I am happy about.

It is so nice to just see one thing help to offset something else! Congratulations!!!

Hi Sandi, can I ask, was your 200 point contract stripped or loaded. Mine has been on the market Since 1/30 and I haven't had any offers! My price is lower than most, so I'm just thinking that since the market is saturated that mine is just not that enticing.

It was a Dec UY, 200 points. It has 68 2021 points, which are bankable, 130 2022 UY points and 200 points going forward,

I listed at $125 and got the offer the next morning for $120 and took it. So, it was not stripped, but it did not come with full points either,

I wanted a quick sale and knew there were a lot out there so I was prepared to lower quickly if nothing happened.

That's great! Mine is only listed at $128 and has 169 points for 2022. I think I'll be dropping it to $125 soon. Thanks for the reply.

Things may pick up soon. I think many were waiting to see details for VGF2. Good luck!

Don't go too low when renting. I just rented 350 December 2022 UY points for $23 per point in less than 24 hours. It helps to have an established reputation and be transparent.
