Buying resale...Best company?

Hi,
Looking for some guidance....within the next few months we will HOPEFULLY, be ready to buy a small contract to add to what we already have. We bought BLT, and while we LOVE it, we also love the BWV's.

What is the best way to go about this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The best resale company is the one that has the best contract listed for you to buy!

There are many reputable resale brokers out there, not the least of which is the one the sponsors our DIS DVC Forums - The Timeshare Store.

I have heard great things about all of the representatives that sell resales. I am personally going through closing right now with dvc-resales.com . They have been very patient and helpful through the whole process. I would definitely recommend.

I have to say that I do agree with the PP that you should go with the best contract that fits you and your family.

If you get the contract you want you will be happy no matter who you buy it from in my opinion.
